Tips of Make Your Desk Tidier

Have you ever felt unmotivated in doing something, even though you had to finish it or maybe you actually like the activity you are doing? Lack of motivation can be due to a number of things.

It could be due to working too hard, not getting enough rest, or because the facilities are not conducive. Such as a study desk or work desk where we carry out our daily productivity activities.

A messy and full study desk will make it more difficult for the brain to concentrate and end up being less motivated. If you're feeling unmotivated, let's start small by redecorating your desk! Here DeKorea wants to share some tips that are easy to do!

1.  Cleaning Frenzy On Your Desk

Let's get rid of or empty all the things that are on the table first, don't leave anything left until there are no more things on the table. You can collect it in one place so that it is not scattered everywhere.

Then, wipe off any dust, dirt, or streaks that stick with a damp cloth. Sort your tools by those that are still in use and those that are not. Get rid of papers or books that are not needed or have not been used in the last 6 months.

The simple tips for sorting these items; when you feel happy when you touch this thing, then it is worth keeping. If not, then you can allocate it to items you don't need.

2.  Minimalist Things

After you have sorted the items that are still needed from those that are not, it is enough to just put only the items that are needed on the table. Items that are few will look more presentable than items that are full but stylish.

Research shows that the surrounding environment is full of many items, even though productivity is not as much as possible by placing fewer items. Because it is trusted, the room becomes more spacious and adds concentration.

3.  The Shelves or Storage of the Savior

To make it easier to store things, use a multipurpose shelf, mini storage bin, or floating shelf. The existence of these shelves saves the study table from looking messy and in an instant can make everything look neat even though on your desk there are many things.

Plus, it makes it easier for us to search for related objects when needed. Small objects such as flash drives, paper clips, erasers, and other small writing equipment, need to be placed in a closed container or in a study desk drawer to avoid the risk of being lost.

DeKorea provides various types of shelves that you can choose from in terms of color, design, and size. With cubics that can be arranged like the Lego Construction System, it can increase creativity and can be used in a shape according to your needs.

The material is made from eco-friendly ABS material, 100% non-toxic material, 100% recyclable, and long-term low maintenance. You don't have to worry about getting wet because the material is a water-repellant.

4. Last But Not Least, Plant House

Who does not like plants? The presence of shades of green in a closed room can enhance the mood to be happier and calmer.

To refresh the eyes, you can add live or artificial ornamental plants in the corner of the table to beautify your appearance. The presence of plants is also good for air circulation

DeKorea provides a small set of houseplants that you can use to maximize this one tip. There is a 7.5 cm wood-like pot, an inner pot, a bottom net pot, culture soil, seeds you can choose (sweet basil, cactus, or wild strawberry), and instructions for only SGD 16.73.

You can challenge yourself inconsistently caring for plants, isn't it nice if you manage to keep them?
